Privacy policy

This page explains what data is collected when you use maolpo.com, why, how long it is kept, and how to exercise your rights.

02Data collected

Contact and quote forms: name, email address, phone (optional) and a description of your project. This data is received by the site (hosted by Cloudflare), sent by email to Maolpo Film through its IONOS mailbox, and used only to answer your request and prepare a quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Audience measurement: if you accept, Google Analytics collects anonymised browsing data (pages viewed, visit length, device type). Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). No audience measurement cookie is set without your consent.

The site does not collect any data for commercial purposes and does not sell any data to third parties.

03Retention periods

  • Contact and quote requests: 3 years after the last exchange.
  • Audience measurement data: 14 months maximum (Google Analytics setting).
  • Your cookie consent choice: stored in your browser until you change or delete it.

04Recipients and processors

  • Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) - site hosting and form reception.
  • IONOS SARL (France) - Maolpo Film's email provider, which receives your requests by email.
  • Google LLC (United States) - audience measurement (only after consent) and fonts.
  • Cloudinary Ltd. - hosting of portfolio images and videos.

These providers are bound by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses for transfers outside the EU.

05Cookies

The site uses two categories of cookies:

  • Necessary: remembering your consent choice. Always active.
  • Audience measurement: Google Analytics (anonymised IP). Set only after your consent.

You can change your choice at any time: manage my cookies.

06Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@maolpo.com - reply within 30 days.

If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can file a complaint with the CNIL: www.cnil.fr.

07Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Form data is stored with Cloudflare, with access restricted to the data controller.
